In teams, write a proposal to create an instructions manual. Your team needs to identify a topic and an audience that has a specific need to utilize your instructions manual.

Instructions Manual (Team)

Grade 10%

In groups of three, identify an already existing set of instructions or a procedure that relates to consumer advocacy and protection but that has not been adequately documented for a particular group. Write a set of instructions or a procedure for the target audience that you select.

Usability Test (Individual)

Grade 10%
The purpose of this assignment is to assess how your instructions manual is used under actual conditions by its intended users.

Proposal for a Brochure (Team)
Grade 10%
In teams, propose to produce a brochure relating to consumer advocacy and protection.

Recommendation Report (Team)

Grade 20%

Your proposal has now been approved and, in turn, your team has been hired to produce a brochure relating to consumer advocacy and protection. For this final assignment, you will write a report detailing the history of the final version of your brochure based on a usability test, a set of interviews, and academic research.

Final Semester Memo (Individual)

Grade 5%

The purpose of this assignment is for you to reflect on what you've learned in this course and to provide feedback to the instructor.

The purpose of these exercises is to give you the opportunity to receive immediate feedback through brief applications of the concepts covered in this course.
